  • Opened or used beauty products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Since we offer free shipping, no shipping charges will be deducted from approved refunds unless the return does not meet our policy.
